Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Policy describes how data is handled when you use the Займы Онлайн На Карту mobile application (the “App”). The App helps users complete an application and access offers from third-party banks and microfinance organizations.

The App is not a bank, lender, or microfinance organization and does not issue loans. The selected financial organization makes the decision, provides the agreement, and determines the final terms.

2. Data we process

Application data

When you complete an application in the App, the following data may be processed:

• first name, last name, middle name, and date of birth;
• phone number, email address, registration address, and current address;
• employment, employer, job title, work phone, work experience, income, expenses, and dependants;
• passport details and an indication that documents were attached;
• requested amount and term, application status, and selected-offer information.

Photos and camera

Camera access is requested only when you choose to capture a document or photo in a financial organization's form. The resulting image may be transferred to process the application and verify identity.

Device and usage data

• a random installation identifier, app language, and app-store country;
• IP address and technical information automatically transmitted during a network connection;
• a Firebase Cloud Messaging token if you allow notifications;
• technical events required to operate, diagnose, and protect the App.

The App does not use the Android advertising identifier.

Payment-card data

If you enter a card in the App interface, the card number, expiry date, and security code are used for the selected action and may remain on the device as part of the current application state. A separate saved-card list retains only the last four digits and expiry date. Data entered on a third-party financial organization's page is handled by that organization.

Local data and cookies

Application drafts, settings, and technical state may be stored locally on your device. This policy website does not set cookies or use analytics. Embedded financial-organization pages may use cookies under their own policies.

3. Purposes

Data is used to:

• save and process the application you enter;
• select and display available financial offers;
• send information to a financial organization you select;
• operate notifications;
• prevent abuse and resolve technical errors;
• comply with applicable legal requirements.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell data. To the extent necessary for the purposes above, data may be shared with:

• banks, microfinance organizations, and their form operators selected by the user;
• infrastructure, hosting, security, and notification-delivery providers, including Firebase Cloud Messaging;
• public authorities when disclosure is legally required.

Some providers may process data in other countries. Where applicable, available contractual and technical safeguards are used.

5. Retention and deletion

Local data remains on the device until you clear the App's data or uninstall it. Server-side data is retained only for as long as necessary to process an application, operate the service, maintain security, provide support, and comply with the law.

A notification token is retained until it is replaced, permission is withdrawn, or a valid deletion request is received. Data transferred to a financial organization is deleted according to that organization's rules and mandatory retention periods.

You may request access, correction, or deletion using the contact address below. We may need to verify a phone number, email address, or another application identifier to locate the relevant record.

6. Security

We use encrypted transport, access restrictions, and technical service controls to protect data. However, no transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can decline optional camera and notification permissions in Android settings. Declining may disable the corresponding feature but does not restrict access to the rest of the App.

Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data.

8. Age restriction

The App is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If such data has been provided, contact us using the address below.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when App features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.
